These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GloomDeep mobile game and related services (the “Game”). By downloading or playing GloomDeep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Game with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
2. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play GloomDeep for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Do not share your account or impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- cheat, use bots or automation, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
- reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the Game or its servers;
- disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other players; or
- use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
5. Virtual items and currency
The Game includes virtual goods, including in-game gold and premium credits. These have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are licensed to you — not owned by you. They are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law. We may modify, manage, or remove virtual items and adjust game balance at any time. In-app purchases are sold through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms; refund requests are handled by Apple.
6. User content
Chat and social features are not yet available. When they launch, you will remain responsible for content you submit, you will grant us a license to transmit, host, and moderate it for operating the Game, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Updated terms will accompany those features.
7. Service changes and availability
The Game is under active development and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game, and during development we may reset or wipe test data and progress. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Game and its players.
10. Apple App Store
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content. Your use of the Game must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple has no obligation to provide support or to address any claims relating to the Game.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United State of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes will be announced in the Game. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
