GloomDeep is a free-to-play, real-time dungeon crawler RPG for mobile. Choose one of four character classes and descend through procedurally harder dungeons — fighting monsters, surviving milestone boss Trials, and collecting better gear with every run. Frequently asked questions

Is GloomDeep free to play?

Yes. GloomDeep is free to download and play, and there are no ads. Optional in-app purchases for premium credits are sold through the App Store — credits can also be earned in game, so nothing is paywalled behind a purchase.

What devices does GloomDeep run on?

GloomDeep runs on iPhone and iPad. It is currently in free TestFlight beta, with an App Store release coming soon. An Android version is planned but not yet available.

Can I play GloomDeep with friends?

Yes. You can add friends, form a co-op party and clear dungeons together, join a guild, and talk in world and guild chat.

Does GloomDeep need an internet connection?

Yes. GloomDeep is an online game — your character and progress live on the server, so you can sign in from another device and pick up where you left off.

How do I create an account?

Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. That sign-in is used only to identify your account: no email marketing, and no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. You can delete your account and its data from inside the game.

How does dungeon difficulty work?

Difficulty scales with your Dungeon Level — how many dungeons you have cleared — rather than with a level grind. Gear gates on Dungeon Level too, so progress comes from descending, not from farming the same floor.
